Allen H. Arrow (1928-2016)

Allen H. Arrow received his law degree from New York University School of Law in 1953. He attended Brooklyn College and received an undergraduate degree in 1950.

Mr. Arrow maintains a general transactional and counseling practice with emphasis on all aspects of entertainment and contract law, including representation of purchasers and sellers of entertainment industry companies, theatrical matters, motion picture and television matters, representation of recording and performing artists, record and music publishing companies, and counseling with respect to copyright issues. Mr. Arrow has extensive experience dealing with multinational corporations throughout the world. A member of the New York and California Bars and the Copyright Society of the U.S.A., he has been a lecturer and is the author of various articles in the entertainment law field. Mr. Arrow is a member of the American Bar Association and the Bar Association of the City of New York, is an arbitrator in American Arbitration Association dispute resolutions, and is admitted to practice in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He serves on the Intellectual Property Section of the American Bar Association, and is a member of the Board of Governors of the Caron Foundation of New York and the Boards of Trustees of the Caron Treatment Center and Human Development Services of Westchester, Inc.
